StarkNet

StarkNet is a ZK-Rollup layer 2 network over Ethereum. 
StarkNet uses the Cairo programming language to build Ethereum apps with STARKS. 
STARK stands for Scalable Transparent ARgument of Knowledge, a cryptographic technique for verifying third-party data without revealing the data.

StarkNet endpoints are available using a project ID from a Web3 project. The following instructions assume that you have already created an Infura account and Web3 project.
