NEAR
For more information on the NEAR network, please see the
official NEAR developer documentation
.
NEAR is a sharded, proof-of-stake, layer-one blockchain designed to provide the best possible experience for developers and users.
NEAR is designed to make it easier to:
Build decentralized applications, even if you're only used to building with "traditional" web or application concepts.
Onboard users with a smooth experience, even if they have never used crypto, tokens, keys, wallets, or other blockchain artifacts.
Scale applications seamlessly - the underlying platform automatically expands capacity via sharding without additional costs or effort.
You can also access Aurora on the NEAR network. Aurora allows you to transfer tokens and data between Ethereum and Aurora.
The following instructions assume that you already created
an Infura account and Ethereum project
.
NEAR endpoints are available using the project ID of an Ethereum project. Therefore, create an Ethereum project to access the NEAR network.
